Chelsea Reportedly Linked to Two Defenders as Replacements for Rudiger and Christensen

The Telegraph reported that Thomas Tuchel is looking at bringing Sevilla’s Jules Kounde and RB Leipzig’s Josko Gvardiol as the possible defenders to come to the Bridge. Tuchel had earlier said in an interview there is a lot of rebuilding that needs to be done at the club.

The Blues are expected to lose Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Marcos Alonso and the club’s captain Cesar Azplicueta. However, Chelsea are expected to sign at least four players when the ownership situation is sorted at the club.

Chelsea finished third in the just concluded Premier League season and lost both finals of the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup final to Liverpool.
