Liverpool’s midfielder, Mohamed Salah has set another record for himself just days before the football season starts.
The Egyptian who scored the second goal for the Reds against Manchester City at the Community Shield. The game was between the winner of the Premier League and the FA Cup in the previous season.
Salah became the first person to score more goals against the Cityzens since the 2017/18 football season. The Egyptian has scored eight goals and five assists against City since he joined from Roma in 2017.
The feat means Salah has been directly involved in more goals (13) against a Pep Guardiola team than he has against any other side.
