Borussia Dortmund gave Erling Haaland an emotional farewell in front of the club’s home fans at the Signal Iduna Park.

The Norwegian will be leaving for the Premier League, to join Manchester City at the end of the season. The Cityzens confirmed the signing of Haaland on its official website earlier in the week.

There have been reports that Manchester City will pay a fee of around €60 million to €75 million. Haaland is expected to earn at least 375,000 a week, equalling the same amount that Kevin De Bruyne earns at the club.

Manchester City fans will hope the signing of Haaland will bring the club success in the UEFA Champions League next season.
