Transfer News expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed that the player’s agent has confirmed that he is not willing the leave Barcelona for any club. The decision is also a bit of a problem for the Cataluyna side as he is not ready to accept a salary deduction.

Manchester United’s coach, Erik Ten Hag is a big fan of the midfielder and has wanted to bring him to Old Trafford following their relationship when they were both in Ajax. The Red Devils need to build up their team in the midfield going into the next football season.

Barcelona have reportedly placed a bid of €85 million for the player but the Red Devils could not meet the target of the club.
